Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

 All orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase EXCEPT FOR HOLIDAYS OR BIG SALES (processing time can take up to an extra week for your order to process). Processing means receiving your information and preparing your order.

Shipping: All orders are generally shipped from our facility within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase EXCEPT FOR HOLIDAYS OR BIG SALES (processing time can take up to an extra week for your order to ship).

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information and sometimes an estimated delivery date. Please note that some carriers may not have tracking information available for up to 24 hours after the package has been shipped.

CYGANIC does not ship on major U.S. holidays or weekends (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day).


UNITED STATES DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

Estimated arrivals: All orders are estimated to arrive within 1 week, depending on your location and the carrier. We (CYGANIC) are not responsible for packages delayed while in transit; please contact the postal carrier listed in your tracking information.

Please expect a shipping delay during the winter months, inclement weather, major holidays, and CYGANIC big sales.

Please allow additional arrival time for orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and outlying islands.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:


International customs, duties, and taxes: Items shipped outside the United States are subject to duties, taxes, handling, and other misc. charges as defined by the country of import. These fees are NOT included in the cost of your order from CYGANIC and must be paid to be released for delivery. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before placing your order with CYGANIC.

You, as the customer, are responsible for the payment of all fees and will not be reimbursed by CYGANIC.
CYGANIC will not provide a refund for the package if it has been abandoned at customs due to non-payment of fees. We (CYGANIC) are not responsible for any shipping fees for international shipping once the items leave our facility.

LOST or DAMAGED PACKAGES:
We do apologize in advance if you happen to experience any issues with receiving your package from CYGANIC.

We are responsible for the following:

Lost packages during transit with correct and complete shipping addresses. We (CYGANIC) will offer you store credit for the inconvenience.

Please keep all packing material for damaged items and notify us within 1 business day of receiving your package.

Reshipping fees for returned packages (with correct and completed addresses).

We are NOT responsible for the following:

Lost packages with incorrect and incomplete shipping addresses. Please get in touch with the shipping carrier listed in your tracking information for assistance.

Packages that have been verified as delivered by the shipping carrier listed in your tracking information. Please get in touch with the shipping carrier for further assistance.

Reshipment fees for returned packages with incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. 


Damaged/Used merchandise after more than 1 business day of receiving your package. We (CYGANIC) will offer you store credit for the inconvenience.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns/Exchanges:
We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please note, CYGANIC reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments, and refunds. 

In the unlikely event that a product arrived damaged, the customer must contact us by email within 24 hours of receipt. You, the customer, must include photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email.
